WJS UK provide sales, service and support for waterjet cutting machines and specialised metal fabrication machines in the UK. Since 2017 we have been planning, creating and delivering key monthly marketing services including emailers, web updates and social media management which have resulted in a greatly improved quality of new business enquiries as well as regular engagement and contact with existing clients in a very niche market.
How did we help WJS?
We were initially approached by WJS UK to conduct a full audit of both of their existing websites after disappointing ROI for online marketing activity. From our report and recommendations we were then commissioned to design and build a completely new website for Water Jet Sweden and to redevelop the existing WJS Machine Tools website with new page design templates and a full edit of all text.
Following completion of the website projects we were then tasked with updating web content and maintaining website ranking through search engine optimisation for both sites on an ongoing basis as well as setting up social media accounts and managing those thereafter. A digital marketing plan was agreed and work was completed each month including full reporting to ensure any necessary changes were made as and when necessary.
In late 2019 we were tasked with expanding that digital marketing plan to include monthly email campaigns to both existing clients and new prospects. This has proved to be of critical importance during the Covid-19 lockdown period because it has enabled WJS UK to maintain personalised and targeted communications with their clients and has ensured that their presence in their markets has continued.
With a monthly review and reporting of web, email and social media statistics and results we’ve also been able to quickly recommend tweaks and changes to that digital marketing plan to ensure we continue to deliver the best ROI on marketing spend for the business.
